Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, we do! Projects are usually split over three payments, and a 50% nonrefundable deposit is required prior to getting started.

What do I need to get started?

We recommend having a few key things ready before we get started on your project:

High-quality photography & videography
Branding (logo, font, colours)
Core messaging (existing website, annual reports, brochures etc provide a great base for us to create your website copy)

Are there any additional costs I should be aware of?

Owning and maintaining a website involves ongoing and one-off costs. These are outside our scope of work but essential to developing your new website. These costs include:

The essentials:

Hosting, Domain, SSL Certificate
Photography and Videography
Elementor Pro Licence (the first year is included in your website build, after which you will be billed annually for the licence renewal)

The optional extras:

Paid Plugins – if you require advanced functionality on your website that requires a paid plugin
Donation Tools & Payment Gateway Fees (Stripe, PayPal, PayFast etc)
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Advanced Website Security Monitoring

Should your website require paid plugins or advanced functionality, we will outline these in your project estimate.

What if I don’t have any website wording?

That’s not a problem at all! We’ll work with you to refine your website messaging and stand-out copy that reflects the heart and mission of your organisation.

Are there any ongoing costs after the website is launched?

We highly recommend (almost insist) on ongoing maintenance of your website. That’s because we don’t want you to lose everything you’ve just built.

Like a car needs a regular service to keep it running, so too does your website to keep it running smoothly and securely.

We will provide you with video training on how to update and maintain your website and offer two to four weeks of post-launch support. Should you need additional support or like us to handle monthly maintenance for you, we’re here to help.
