Terms of Use

Campaign In A Box
Last updated: 15 October 2026

These terms explain how you may use Campaign In A Box (“the Kit”), supplied by Cora Creative Co. (Pty) Ltd. (“Cora”, “we” or “us”). By purchasing the Kit, you agree to these terms.

1. What you are purchasing

The Kit is a digital resource containing editable fundraising templates, examples, prompts and guidance, as described on the sales page at the time of purchase.

Your purchase is a one-time payment. Consulting, copy review, campaign management, technical setup and future updates are not included unless expressly stated.

2. Your licence to use the Kit

Each purchase gives one organisation a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Kit for its own fundraising and communications.

You may:

  • Download, copy and edit the materials for your organisation.

  • Share working copies with staff, volunteers and contractors supporting your organisation.

  • Publish and send the adapted campaign copy through your organisation’s giving pages, emails, social media and other communications.

  • Reuse the materials for your organisation’s future campaigns.

Anyone you give access to must follow these terms. Contractors may use the materials only for the licensed organisation.

If you purchase as an individual, the licence covers your own fundraising project or one organisation you designate.

3. Restrictions and ownership

Cora retains ownership of the original Kit and its contents. Your organisation retains ownership of the original stories, images and other materials it adds.

You may not:

  • Resell, sublicense, give away or publicly share the Kit, its source files or its access links.

  • Distribute the templates as a standalone resource, including edited versions.

  • Use one purchase to provide campaigns or template resources for multiple client organisations.

  • Claim authorship of the original Kit or sell it as your own product.

These restrictions do not prevent you from publishing campaign communications created using the templates, as permitted above.

For use across multiple organisations or clients, contact hello@coracreative.co.

4. Your responsibility for campaign content

The Kit provides a starting point. Before publishing, you are responsible for adapting and checking the content, including fundraising claims, figures, deadlines, donation links and descriptions of how funds will be used.

Obtain appropriate permission to use personal stories, photographs and quotations. Clearly labelled fictional examples are illustrations and must not be presented as your organisation’s actual results.

You are responsible for meeting the fundraising, privacy, email marketing and other requirements applicable to your organisation and audience.

5. Guidance and results

The Kit provides general educational and practical guidance. It does not replace advice tailored to your organisation from a qualified legal, tax or fundraising professional.

We do not guarantee any particular donation total, response rate or campaign outcome. Results depend on factors including your audience, offer, implementation and circumstances.

6. Access and third-party services

You will receive access using the delivery method described at checkout. Save your own copies of the materials.

If you choose the Google Docs version, you will need a Google account to create and edit your copy. Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

If access fails or files are missing or unusable, contact hello@coracreative.co so we can help.

7. Payments and Creem

Purchases made through Creem are subject to Creem’s Buyer Terms of Service, available at https://www.creem.io/buyer-terms.

Creem acts as merchant of record for those purchases and handles checkout, payment processing and applicable customer sales taxes. The price, currency and applicable taxes are shown at checkout.

These terms govern your use of the Kit and do not override Creem’s buyer terms governing its sale to you.

8. Refund Policy

Please review the product description carefully before purchasing. Campaign In A Box is a digital resource supplied immediately after purchase. All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Where applicable, you will be asked to expressly consent to immediate digital delivery and acknowledge that you lose your statutory cancellation or withdrawal right once supply begins.

If you experience difficulty accessing the resource, contact hello@coracreative.co with your order reference so we can help resolve the issue.

Nothing in this policy excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. Purchases through Creem are also subject to Creem’s applicable Buyer Terms of Service.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or gross negligence, or your mandatory consumer rights.

Subject to those protections, Cora is not responsible for campaign outcomes or losses caused by inaccurate information you add, unlawful use, or failure to adapt and check the materials.

10. Applicable law

These terms are governed by South African law. Any mandatory consumer protections and rights to bring proceedings in another jurisdiction that apply to you remain unaffected.

11. General provisions

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.

The version accepted at purchase governs that purchase. These terms do not exclude the product description or any express commitments made at the time of sale.
